What is the process for reporting a damaged item
We aim for all our customers to receive high-quality products. If you believe there is an issue with an item you've received, please contact our Customer Service Team via email within 48 hours. Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return, and they will get back to you with a solution. In certain cases we may ask for a photo of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund so please hold on to the item until you receive further instructions from our Customer Service Team.

What is the process for reporting an incorrect item
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible via email. Indicate the reason as 'incorrect item' and specify what you received instead. Our Customer Service Team will reach out to discuss the solution. Additionally, please include a full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you received.
What is the process for reporting a missing item
If you find any items missing from your order confirmation, please contact Customer Services within 48 hours on 0330 024 5873, or you can email us regarding your order. We may need a photo of the packaging list you received with your order to assist with our investigation.
